Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team at Santa Cruz County Bank. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while completing transactions, recommending products and services, and referring clients to other specialists when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Recommend products and services to clients, helping them meet their financial goals and objectives.
  • Refer clients to other specialists at the bank when appropriate, ensuring seamless service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with bank security requirements and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
