Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative and Business Developer to join our team at LaBine and Associates, a small, growing, independent, and award-winning omnichannel digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent client relationships and solution sales skills, as well as experience in sales results in an agency model with at least two years of tenure per company. They will also have generated proven new business wins with project services worth $25K-$100K in year one, and knowledge of data, analytics, and monetizing digital and video content for client sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CPG / eCommerce client markets, where their solution increased online shop customers and sales with positive KPIs. They will be ambitious, self-motivated, respectful, and well-presented in person and in video meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and solution sales skills
  • Generate new business wins with project services worth $25K-$100K in year one
  • Utilize data, analytics, and monetizing digital and video content for client sales growth
  • Drive sales growth in CPG / eCommerce client markets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales results in an agency model
  • Proven track record of generating new business wins
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and monetizing digital and video content
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, respectful, and well-presented

What We Offer:

Base compensation $60K-$90K + generous commission & benefits based anywhere remote in the USA
