Quality Management Trainee

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Management Trainee and embark on a structured management training program. You will learn and work in a dynamic environment where you will develop leadership skills, rigorously monitor quality at our plasma centers, and advance into the role of Quality Manager Representative after completion of the program.
You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, collaborate with diverse individuals, and foster an inclusive team culture. Our comprehensive company-paid travel package will enable you to visit BioLife locations across the country, building your network while learning from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop leadership skills through our structured management training program
- Rigorously monitor quality at our plasma centers
- Advance into the role of Quality Manager Representative after completion of the program
- Collaborate with diverse individuals to foster an inclusive team culture
- Travel to various BioLife locations across the country
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 1 year)
- Live near a BioLife Plasma Services center or be willing to travel extensively
- Willingness to relocate to one of the 175+ BioLife center locations upon program completion
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,800.00 - $72,600.00 per annum, based on location and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental, and vision insurance, prescription coverage, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
