About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our Design team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our Architecture and Engineering Division, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication with stakeholders, including end-users, agency directors, and architect/engineer consultants.
  • Guide projects through space planning, programming, cost estimating, construction documents, and bidding.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion to address emerging issues and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Three years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to construction documents and construction methods.
  • Licensed Architect or Engineer, or in the process of becoming professionally licensed.
  • Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Competencies
  • Principles and practices of architectural and civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering fields.
  • Project administration and contract administration principles.
  • Deliver professional customer service.
  • Use interpersonal and communications skills, including tact and diplomacy.
