About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional team for fintech engagement and retention. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new financial products and features that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Set and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the team, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead the Product Team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop product strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution.
  • Develop and Launch Products: Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), define and test key product metrics, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with executives, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on key initiatives.
  • Analyze and Research: Use data and research to inform product decisions, working closely with data analysts and researchers to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Own the Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer experience across our financial products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C product management, with a focus on engagement and retention.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking, with the ability to back up decisions with data and research.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with a strong bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
