Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reese Law Group APLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to our employees, assist with diverse projects, and maintain the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for processing and scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical duties. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and screen visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and sort and distribute mail.
- Scan documents into our case management software and follow up on documents requested by clients.
- Accurately document case management software and assist the Admin Department and the firm with additional tasks as needed.
- Utilize MS Office and other computer software programs efficiently and effectively.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office-based position.
- High school diploma, preferred.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, pay close attention to details, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a seated or standing position for periods up to and exceeding 8.0 hours per day.
