The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of group health and retirement benefits programs. This includes coordinating and managing thirdparty administrators ensuring compliance with regulations overseeing vendor performance and communicating plan information to employees.


Key responsibilities involve coordinating benefit programs (design communication administration and compliance) managing vendor relationships researching and implementing new benefit programs ensuring legal compliance overseeing retirement plan participation and providing customer service support.


The administrator also coordinates Leave of Absence (LOA) programs manages benefit software and performs reconciliations and audits.



Requirements

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate should have HR/Benefits or related certification 5 years of experience in benefits or employee benefits administration intermediate MS Office skills and experience with HRIS/database and benefits software/modules.

Strong communication customer service project management and analytical skills are essential along with a thorough understanding of healthcare and retirement plan designs and relevant regulations.

The position requires effective communication problemsolving and the ability to work in a team environment. The physical demands include sitting standing walking and occasional lifting.

Candidates must pass a background check and provide proof of employment eligibility in the US.

Heavy LOA experience is a plus as is experience with thirdparty vendors and selfinsured medical providers and strong customer service skills.

Paylocity experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus.




Benefits

The salary range is $7078k.
