Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing clerical tasks, working closely with HR, and maintaining files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Tasks: Oversee and manage various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team to complete tasks, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Manufacturing Environment: Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying aware of shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, take and deliver messages, and ensure that all communication is handled in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
