Job Summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing shrink and safety programs, assisting with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, and participating in the performance management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Participate in the performance management process to support the development of your team.
  • Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results.
  • Manage and execute the truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production to provide high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers.

Requirements
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.
