About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Malek Service. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service
  • Ensure a company-wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction
  • Perform follow-up customer satisfaction calls
  • Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response
  • Be willing to actively participate in continuous CSR training
Requirements
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Must be willing to answer on-call phone calls on a rotating schedule
  • Work well as a team player in a team setting
  • Goal-oriented, dedication to your work and willingness to learn
  • Successful work experience in the area of customer service or sales, preferred
  • Superior organizational and task management skills
  • Ability to professionally resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements
  • Sitting at a desk for most, if not all, of the day
  • Be able to take an on call phone home based on a rotating on call schedule
Education
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. On-site training and continued education will be provided.
  • 2 years or more in customer service experience, preferred.
Compensation
  • This position will earn an annual compensation including the opportunity to make commissions and incentives.
Schedule
  • Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Taking on-call phone calls will also occur on a rotating schedule.
