Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process returns and exchanges, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
