Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our community relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, developing and maintaining resident retention and lease renewal programs, and providing administrative support to the Community Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement resident retention and lease renewal programs to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Director, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
