Salary

For this Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator position, we offer a competitive salary based on experience. According to industry standards, the estimated annual salary for this role is between $38,000 and $50,000, depending on qualifications and location.

This salary includes additional incentives for experienced CNAs, such as a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 for those with more than one year of experience working full-time in this role.

Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ICU unit. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, this individual will be responsible for coordinating clinical duties, performing nursing tasks, and supporting patients and families during times of need.

Key responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom, as well as maintaining accurate records of patient care and communicating effectively with other healthcare team members.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Maine or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire

• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start date

• Relevant experience preferred but not required
