Job Summary:

The Senior Healthcare Professional will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of nursing care to designated patients

Perform various direct and indirect care duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required; BLS certification preferred

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
