We are seeking a qualified Medical Care Professional to join our team at The Fortus Group, Inc. in Brunswick, ME.
Job SummaryA Medical Care Professional is needed to provide basic care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assist with daily living tasks such as eating and using the bathroom. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans and maintain patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Provide basic care to patients, including personal hygiene and dressing
- Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as feeding and toileting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to medical staff
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient care plans
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A valid CNA certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
