Hepco is in search of a meticulous and skilled Financial Compliance Auditor to enhance our auditing team. This position plays a vital role in verifying the precision and adherence of financial records and billing practices.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Verification of Accuracy: Assess the correctness of job titles, calculations, rates (hourly, weekly, monthly, etc.), fees, pass-through expenses, and supplies to ensure they align with the established billing rates as specified in relevant agreements.
  • Compliance Evaluation: Examine and evaluate documentation for conformity with federal regulations, procurement policies, and other pertinent guidelines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare both oral and written communications, summaries, and reports related to the auditing process. Deliver clear, comprehensive feedback and recommendations based on your evaluations.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of federal regulations, policies, and guidelines associated with procurement and budgeting. Remain informed about updates and changes in regulations that may influence the auditing process.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in auditing, accounting, or a related discipline. Familiarity with financial and compliance auditing processes is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
  • Knowledge: Extensive understanding of federal regulations, procurement policies, and budgeting guidelines.
