Key Responsibilities- Frontline Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments in a call center setting.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including sending and receiving faxes, maintaining files, creating reports, and managing office supplies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with office staff, ancillary departments, and the public, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth operation of the medical practice by performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
