As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences across our 13 medical centers and over 120 outpatient facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments in a call center setting.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including sending and receiving faxes, maintaining files, creating reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with office staff, ancillary departments, and the public, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth operation of the medical practice by performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
