Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Provide schedule-related information to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Conduct schedule integrity checks and perform critical path and schedule risk analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain schedule reports and metrics, providing actionable insights to inform program decisions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a planning or program management related discipline
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Project
  • Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams
  • Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management techniques and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
  • Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
