Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at The DNA Group. As a key member of our data services team, you will play a critical role in advancing our data services and driving business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a data analyst working with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst working with users to define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for a new case management system.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoft environment troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working independently and as a technical lead.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data analysis in relational and non-relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data security and compliance.
