Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Our company, The Midtown Group, is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in informing our business performance and strategies by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence systems and processes to support data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our business remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills with experience in creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
