Job Title: Business & Data Analyst

Microsoft Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business & Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and business decisions.

Job Summary:

The Business & Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations-focused industry
  • High proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to define customer-focused outcomes and track value realization
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
