Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This full-time role is dedicated to enhancing our IT operations.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the IT Director to optimize and secure our existing infrastructure while strategizing for future cloud transitions.


We seek an experienced professional who can introduce cutting-edge technologies into our systems, ensuring the security and modernization of our network hardware and cloud-based applications.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the network infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

Implement Office/Microsoft 365 Environments.

Establish Azure AD Environments.

Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services, including Enterprise and Mobility solutions.

Design Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments.

Manage both on-premise and Azure Active Directory environments, including Group Policies.

Facilitate infrastructure enhancements in Client environments.

Administer SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments.

Enhance backup strategies utilizing VEEAM.

Configure and maintain Firewall policies.

Oversee internal SAN and NAS environments.

Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of various Client applications and environments.

Lead initiatives for researching and implementing new applications.

Direct IT Projects for Clients.

Coordinate with various IT Staff and Operations.

Provide mentorship and leadership as a senior team member.

Support the management of Support Services and related deliverables.

Collaborate with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments.

Engage with Client Stakeholders on strategic vision.

Participate in regular Client meetings and engage with Executive Management.

Support Client initiatives both remotely and on-site.

Conduct routine network maintenance across various Microsoft environments.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.

At least 1 year of advanced Microsoft 365 experience.

Proven experience in support management roles.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

Experience with MS Azure, Defender, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune.

Microsoft cloud certifications are advantageous.

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced support role.

Recognized for providing excellent support to end-users and leading teams.

Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.

Ability to meet deadlines for Projects and Assignments.

Willingness to learn and support new technologies while training others.

Preferred

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business administration, or a related field.

Education / Certifications

A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. Certifications may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Work Authorization
