POSITION SUMMARY: As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at Think|Stack, you will take charge of understanding and overseeing the engineering and architecture of systems, ensuring reliable uptime and support for critical client issues. Your responsibilities will include assessing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft cloud infrastructure solutions and client environments. You will focus on constructing, engineering, and developing infrastructure tailored to client requirements, emphasizing scope, accountability, and expertise.

This position demands a proactive individual with a natural inclination to tackle and resolve challenges efficiently. You must possess the capability to manage internal security matters for both Think|Stack and its clients while fostering a strong collaborative spirit. A human-centered design approach is essential for achieving objectives without compromising security.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Construct and deploy AWS cloud or Microsoft infrastructure
  • Facilitate migrations and implementation of various Microsoft services, including Azure, 365 suite, Intune, Outlook, Teams, and more
  • Execute code builds, automate testing, and explore more secure deployment methodologies
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for system configurations and troubleshooting
  • Uphold exemplary customer service standards
  • Implement strategies to enhance the stability and resilience of the infrastructure
  • Utilize Terraform/Python for effective infrastructure management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
  • Strengthen device and network configurations
  • Document infrastructure vulnerabilities and service requests
  • Pursue professional development through education and certification
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Associate degree in Technology, IT Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Proficiency in various technologies, including O365 Suite, AWS, Python, Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and more
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
