Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Clear Touch Interactive Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including bi-weekly payroll and monthly commissions and expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system that aligns with company objectives.
  • Oversee the maintenance, communication, and destruction of personnel records, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Provide counseling and support to employees and supervisors, resolving grievances and addressing employee relations concerns.
  • Establish and maintain employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance and disability benefits.
  • Develop and implement employee wellness programs, providing educational workshops and training on safety and wellness.
  • Recruit and retain staff, conducting orientations and training programs, and pre-screening, background investigating, and credentialing new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees, as needed.
  • Process worker compensation claims and payroll processing.
  • Provide support for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Paylocity and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and external vendors.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a focus on HR and employee relations.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
