Hotel Guest Service Representative Job Description

Days Inn Inner Harbor is seeking a skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, offer assistance, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Room Assignments: Register guests, assign rooms, and verify credit information.
  • Reservations: Make and confirm reservations, compute bills, and collect payments.
  • Communication: Respond to guest requests, transmit and receive messages, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Previous customer service experience, knowledge of PMS systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
