Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for establishing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, recruits, customers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact throughout the interaction.
  • Answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner, take messages with accuracy, and handle or refer questions and requests accordingly.
  • Manage on-floor conference room activities, including reservations, meeting start/end times, attendees, food and beverage orders, and advise staff members of changes in meeting room status.
  • Implement established security policies and procedures for arriving and departing visitors, contractors, delivery persons, and other individuals.
  • Act as a Hospitality Services resource, providing way-finding and amenities within the building, commuting, transportation, community retail, neighborhood amenities, and organizational information.
  • Handle car service requests for visitors and staff members, and communicate requests to internal support departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Two to three years of experience in a client service/reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
