Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our proven sales strategy to create a sustainable referral network
- Maintain an up-to-date list of key clients to foster ongoing relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed established sales and profit margin targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Be open to coaching and looking to grow within your career
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
