Job Title: Regional Sales Director

L2TMedia is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure L2TMedia remains competitive
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the digital marketing industry
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
