Role Responsibilities:

As the selected Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for residents. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting residents in securing their ideal homes
  • Overseeing and mentoring property staff
  • Implementing community regulations and conducting property evaluations
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere within the community

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management and team leadership
  • Experience with financial processes including accounts payable and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure situations
  • A knack for identifying improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Yardi, CRM, or Rent Max
  • Understanding of Fair Housing Laws
