Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role involves delivering thorough case management services to designated children and families, with a primary emphasis on securing a permanent solution for the child. Assess the safety and risk factors associated with the child while residing in a foster environment, and assist foster caregivers in enhancing their parenting abilities to effectively cater to the child's needs. Actively involve biological parents in a constructive manner, providing support and essential resources to facilitate reunification or an alternative permanency strategy. Ensure timely and accurate documentation that reflects all efforts in case planning.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to engage effectively with individuals who may be resistant.
