Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN or Knoxville, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading geotechnical construction projects from initial planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with geotechnical construction projects, ensuring compliance with Keller's risk management policies and procedures.
  • Initial Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, working closely with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Project Execution: Lead and manage project-based teams, ensuring that work is performed to the specified requirements and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Change Management: Identify, track, and address changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Approve and monitor weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring that projects are financially viable and profitable.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements, resolving quality nonconformance issues and exercising stop work authority as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of geotechnical construction or industry-related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills necessary.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $157,000 per year, based on relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, and scope of job.
