Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of healthcare construction standards and proficiency in construction oversight, including project scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enforce safe practices throughout the duration of the project.
  • Formulate and disseminate project plans, covering timelines, site logistics, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.
  • Facilitate collaboration among various subcontractors and lead coordination discussions.
  • Effectively plan and oversee shutdowns and tie-ins.
  • Maintain daily project documentation utilizing 360 Field.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Address construction challenges swiftly to uphold subcontractor efficiency.
  • Comply with safety regulations while maintaining superior quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial or healthcare construction.
  • Strong expertise in building layout and control.
  • Familiarity with iOS devices and applications for blueprint navigation.
  • Proficient in document management and RFI processing.
  • Dedication to upholding high-quality standards throughout all projects.
  • Exceptional adaptability and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific experience in healthcare construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in occupied facilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
