Position Summary:

We are seeking a Project Executive to spearhead our initiatives within the Life Science Sector, particularly for our Boston office. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility and accountability for the performance and success of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and operational standards.
  • Engage in business development activities, including client negotiations and staff management, to foster strong relationships and enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, project timelines, budgets, safety, and quality control, ensuring adherence to established work plans.
  • Manage project staffing resources effectively, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and timely communication with clients regarding any changes in scope.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, interviews, and fee planning to support STV's business growth.
  • Facilitate client relations management, ensuring that contract requirements and project goals are met or exceeded.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for project staff, providing necessary resources to meet expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • A four-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field, complemented by at least ten years of related experience.
  • A collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery within the Life Science sector, showcasing senior-level leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive new business opportunities while managing client relationships effectively.
  • Strong understanding of team management and empowerment across multiple STV teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $214,309. STV is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices.
