Post-Meeting Actions:
Organize and execute follow-up calls and tasks through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Oversee the sales pipeline to track potential opportunities.
Draft correspondence with pertinent follow-up details.
General Administrative Duties:
Handle incoming communications and inquiries.
Manage the scheduling of client appointments.
Leverage CRM tools for executing marketing initiatives.
Insurance Administration:
Facilitate updates to client information, including address changes and beneficiary designations.
Address loan requests and billing questions efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Proximity to the Northbrook area is essential.
Experience with Northwestern Mutual is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
Skilled in utilizing insurance and planning software; adaptable to new technological advancements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; meticulous attention to detail, particularly with intricate cases and policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
