Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Larko Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our office operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate team organization and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Manage the team calendar and ensure timely completion of tasks and client meetings.
  • Prepare and assemble client meeting materials, including scanning and distributing documents via FedEx.
  • Coordinate client paperwork, including setting up new client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize client records and maintain online and offline client statement folders.
  • Assist with tax returns and tax forms, including communication with accountants.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate client compliance documentation and questionnaires.
  • Assist with client specifications and objectives.
  • Handle annual regulatory mailings and troubleshoot system alerts.
  • Prepare and coordinate client invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and expense reports.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required; investment experience a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support in a professional setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute best practices.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of Junxure, Morningstar, and Schwab Institutional a plus.
  • Basic understanding of investments and accounting helpful but not necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team skills and successful relations with clients and colleagues required.
