About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and personalized welcome, setting the tone for a memorable stay
  • Recognize and reward IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, fostering a sense of loyalty and appreciation
  • Process payments, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Serve as a trusted contact for guests, resolving issues and providing exceptional service
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond to guests' concerns and feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on turning issues into opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Fluency in the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Literacy and basic computer skills, with a strong understanding of reading, writing, and mathematics
