Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in designing and developing advanced test equipment for the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with expertise in designing and developing automated test equipment (ATE) and special test equipment (STE) using NetAcquire hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ATE and STE systems for various electronic equipment and systems, including NetAcquire, RF, Telemetry, Electro-Optical, and Radiation Detection Equipment.
  • Develop and integrate automated test equipment using LXI instruments, cRIO, PXIe, Oscilloscopes, Serial Communications, SpaceWire Communications, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Counters, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electronics and Mechanical Hardware, Software, and Systems engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, ensuring that all test equipment meets the required specifications and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Significant experience in designing and developing ATE and STE systems using NetAcquire hardware.
  • Active DoD Interim Secret or higher clearance required.
  • US Citizenship required.

  • Demonstrated system design and versatility.
  • Test system and test safety requirements development.
  • Designing automated tests and test equipment using LXI instruments, cRIO, PXIe, Oscilloscopes, Serial Communications, SpaceWire Communications, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Counters, etc.
  • Python software development experience for automated test equipment.
  • LabVIEW Windows, LabVIEW Real-Time, and LabVIEW FPGA development highly desired.
