Job Title: Clinical Speech Pathologist

Unity Health Toronto is a leading health organization that strives to advance the health of everyone in our urban communities and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide comprehensive assessment and management for adults with swallowing and communication disorders on our Outpatient Stroke & Neuro Program.

About the Role:
  • Provide thorough evaluation and management of swallowing and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices
  • Identify and address educational needs for patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research within the organization
Qualifications:
  • Licensed by and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Current BLS certification (or willingness to complete within probationary period)
  • Experience with assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders preferred
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills required

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
