As a Comprehensive Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other related disorders.

About the Role:

  • You will act as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide continuum of services to patients requiring intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and rehabilitation processes to promote optimal health and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting, utilizing expertise in speech-language therapy to improve patient outcomes.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) is also preferred.
  • Masters degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence is required.
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association is mandatory.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado is necessary.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
