Speech Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at IICA Speech in California. As a SLPA, you will work closely with our experienced speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities- Assist speech-language pathologists in conducting client screenings and implementing treatment plans as directed.
- Remediate or develop speech and language skills in clients, ensuring progress towards goals set by the supervising SLP.
- Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality, providing valuable insights for our therapy team.
- Perform support duties such as preparing materials and maintaining supplies, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- CURRENT CALIFORNIA SLPA LICENSE REQUIRED.
- Active Listening skills to give full attention to clients, taking time to understand their needs and asking questions as necessary.
- Strong Organization and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
