About the Speech Language Pathologist Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at IICA Speech. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding skills in clients. You will also supervise or conduct client screenings of language, articulation, and hearing, and develop and implement treatment plans or protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding skills
  • Supervise / Mentor SLPAs, graduate interns, and/or CFs
  • Supervise or conduct client screenings of language, articulation, and hearing
  • Develop and implement treatment plans or protocols
  • Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality

About IICA Speech:

IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT. We currently have a clinical staff of 17 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
