Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Clinical Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in San Bruno, California.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders for complex cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests to adults and children with communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and neurological defects.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (California).
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) certification.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
