Role Overview

  • Collaborates with a field operations team to capture high-quality footage, edit content under tight deadlines, and transmit from various locations using multiple platforms including IT, wifi, and traditional satellite connections.
  • Establishes live television links in diverse environments, ensuring secure and smooth transmission into the TRT systems.
  • Partners with the field team to maintain a safe working environment, particularly in challenging areas.

Key Qualifications

  • Exhibits strong technical skills and a keen eye for quality visuals.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities, actively engaging in team decision-making and showing flexibility in role assignments.
  • Possesses expert-level proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Edius, or Avid Pro, along with knowledge of data transfer and mobile satellite systems.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
  • Understands the pressures faced by team members and strives to support them.
  • Aims to deliver the highest quality of work, both artistically and technically, while navigating financial and resource constraints.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
