Job Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis team at American Tower is seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team. As a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for providing actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Prepare all budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Evaluate and interpret the company's financial performance, preparing periodic in-depth financial reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Manage the financial planning and analysis activities, providing oversight support, mentoring team members, and collaborating to develop objectives and goals.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports, maintaining an engaged and productive workforce.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with management groups to facilitate effective capital spending management and approval processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree/MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience, including reporting, planning, advanced analytics, and complex predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency with multi-dimensional reporting and business intelligence tools, such as Essbase/Adaptive Planning/Anaplan, Tableau/PowerBI/OAS.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
