Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain orders or contracts for our services, educating clients about our value proposition and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate client needs to the operations team, and generate sales leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients to create initial orders and keep them actively using our services.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with them, and manage their performance to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, and complete sales activity reports and daily plans.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
