Job Title: Senior Director of Support Programs

At the Center for Elders' Independence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Support Programs to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead our support services and ancillary programs, ensuring the highest quality care for our elderly participants.

Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Support Programs will be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic and operational aspects of support services and ancillary programs within our healthcare organization. This includes In-Home Care Services, Home and Community Based (HCBA) Waiver program, Transportation, and Facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the effective integration, coordination, and enhancement of services that complement and support senior care, aiming to improve participant outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements strategic plans for support and ancillary programs, aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations, including direct participant care areas of transportation and home care services, with emphasis on growth, process improvement, participant satisfaction, and workforce planning and engagement.
  • Leads, mentors, and manages a team of leaders and staff within the area of responsibility.
  • Fosters a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Monitors and ensures adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to areas of accountability, and coordination with internal Quality and Regulatory functions.
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and participant satisfaction.
  • Develops and manages budgets for support and ancillary programs.
  • Collaborates with peer leaders, medical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive care delivery and address any issues related to support services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on support services, ancillary programs, or ambulatory health settings.
  • Proven track record of leadership and successful program management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
