  • Resident Experience: Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and resident care.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of senior living/assisted living operations and/or management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
