Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at STIIIZY. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that our operations are in compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the cannabis industry.
  • Knowledge of Metrc, BioTrack, ERP systems, and cannabis track & trace software.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
