Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and environmental laws.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Training and Development
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of safety procedures and protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
