Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental health and safety, occupational health, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
